The aim of Hebrews 10:1-18

1. Animal sacrifices makes people remember their sins (Vs 1-4)

a. Can’t perfect someone

b. An annual reminder

2. Jesus’ sacrifice makes God forget people’s sins (Vs 5-18)

a. This is God’s will (Vs 5-10)

b. It’s one effective sacrifice (Vs 11-14)

c. Its effects are forever (Vs 15-18)

Hold fast to Jesus, not to our repeated “solutions”
