and resolution, she sets about it.
(2) The allusion = girding/tucking up ones garments; working in earnest.
(3) She rolls up her sleeve when a task presents itself.
b) And makes her arms strong.
(1) She takes care of her own health and strength.
(2) She does it by means of useful labor and healthy exercise.
(3) She avoids anything that would compromise her availability to
contribute to her home.
(4) She is operational ready for every necessary exercise, her loins are
firm and he arms are strong.
