To them that are being raised by God the law is a delight and God's will their will.
They are not under the power of the holy laws but the laws are fulfilled in them: They establish the law. (Grace teaches them that they are free to do their own will but love makes them deny their will that they may fulfill God's will.
To the deceived, their prayerless prayer is that their will becomes God's will or at least God bless their will)
