Be Open for His Works In You! (Luke 5:33-39 Brief Reflection)

"And no one pours new wine into old wineskins. Otherwise, the new wine will burst the skins; the wine will run out and the wineskins will be ruined. No, new wine must be poured into new wineskins." Luke 5:37-38

The Gospel today reminds us that Jesus wants to work new and great things in our respective lives. He wants us to delight in His will that He may work in us and through us.

Let us not allow our hardened hearts hinder God's great plans to work in us. Rather, let us allow the Holy Spirit to soften these hardened hearts and be renewed in His grace.
