How? What do I do?

Give Praise & Worship the One who sees
Why are you downcast, O my soul? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my Savior and my God. Psalm 42:4-5

The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary,...He gives strength to the weary...but those who hope in the Lord, will renew their strength. Isaiah 40:28-31

So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God”...”For I am the Lord, your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you”. Isaiah 41:10

Rejoice With Thanksgiving
Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Do not be
anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7
