How strange this must seem or sound to most of us... to live by belief and not by what we see. I fear our eyes and our ears have to much power over us... over our belief. Which should be in Jesus Christ and not the letter of the law. The law is in vain if your belief, hope, love and trust is not in our ADNY(Lord). This is the whole point of a servant becoming a son... of just following with our lips as to following with our heart. Is it just our lips that praise our Father, or everything that we are? Psalm 19:14 says, “May the words of my lips and the meditation of my heart be pleasing in Your sight YHWH, my rock and my redeemer.” So it is not just our outside, but what is inside us that matters. Our outsides have become vanity while our insides have become wretched and wicked. We have become mere shells of “dead men’s bones.” May we turn to and accept Jesus Christ in our lives and may he change our hearts. For we were born of the flesh, but now need to be born of the spirit. May we seek, knock and ask the kingdom and may we find, the door be opened and may it be given to us... blessed Father, please hear us, come into us, change our lives and purify us from this lost state of being.
