THE SALVATION OF THE RIGHTEOUS IS FROM THE LORD
“But the salvation of the righteous is from the LORD…” Psalm 37:39
1. The word “salvation”
a. To be delivered
b. To be saved
2. The power of God’s salvation featured in Psalm 37
a. Deliverance from the attacks of the wicked (Psalm 37:12 – 14)
b. Deliverance from death (Psalm 37:32 – 33)
3. Why is it called “The salvation of the righteous”?
a. The righteous will trust in the LORD to save them! (Psalm 37:40)
b. Their salvation will come from the LORD their God!
4. What the LORD will do for the righteous who trust in Him (Psalm 37:39 – 40)

THE FULLNESS OF GOD’S SALVATION PLAN APPRECIATED
“11 For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, 12 teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age, 13 looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, 14 who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself His own special people, zealous for good works.” Titus 2:11 – 14
