This video is very impormative. It gives us the true meaning of Hebrews 4:9, that the Sabbath Rest is the seventh day( Saturday in our calender) and not rest in soul.


In the bible alone proves that hebrews 4:9 sabbath rest is Seventh day. We can read it word by word in other bible translation such as GOOD NEWS TRANSLATION, EASY TO READ VERSION.

In the context of that verse Hebrews 4:10 also proves that Hebrews 4:9 is SEVENTH DAY REST because it states that GOD ALSO RESTED AFTER CREATION OR CREATING THE WORLD. We can read that in LIVING BIBLE, NEW LIVING TRANSLATION, AND GOOD NEWS BIBLE.

A very clear evidence that this text Hebrews 4:9 refers to Seventh day rest and we as His God's people must obey this commandment to keep it holy because God also after Creation in Genesis 2:1-3 bless this day, sanctify at make it Holy.
That is why it is called the LORD'S DAY OF REST in Leviticus 23:3.
