Welcome! This series is designed for those who are curious about meditation (specifically christian meditation) and would like to try it out. We start out by defining mindfulness and talking about the benefits of practicing mindfulness through meditation. We practice this through a focus on the breath. We then use our breath as a foundation as we read and meditate on Psalm 25:4-7. We end with a prayer, asking God to guide our practice.
