YOUTH LEADER DISCUSSION GUIDE:
1. In Psalm 14:1-3 does God focus on beliefs, behavior, or something else entirely? How do you know?
2. As God looks down from heaven, how many does he see who behave different from the fool and are "good"? How does the believing Christian or Israelite differ from the fool in this passage?
3. Paul quotes this passage (among others) in Romans 3:10-18. What conclusion does he draw from later verses in the chapter? See especially Romans 3:23.
4. Verse 14:5 says that God is present with the righteous. How do we become righteous? What is the connection between belief, behavior, and righteousness in Romans 6:11-13?
