Don't panic! Pray! This might sound trite, but I need to hear it too. There is so much going on in our world that makes me panic, but I need to be reminded to turn to the One who knows all things and can do all things. And the most important thing for us to do is share the Gospel message.

[2:53] Philippians 4:4 - 5 - Paul imprisoned. It's reasonable to be joyful in the Lord.
[4:04] Philippians 4:6 - Don't panic - Pray! God knows your heart.
[5:22] Philippians 4:7 - God can give us the peace we desire.
