How do you respond to the obstacles in your life? In this slow flow we'll release the tight muscles of the hips and inner thighs as we considering embracing the work of God, no matter what our circumstance. We'll warm up with hamstring stretches and Butterfly Pose, flow our way through Warrior II and Triangle Pose, and finish in deep side lunges. As always, modify the practice to meet the needs of your body, mind, and soul!
