As one theologian put it, the doctrine of penal substitution is "the best part of the best news that the world has ever heard." Nevertheless, since the gospel is foolishness and the savor of death *to those who are perishing*, it is denied by many pseudo-Christian groups and individuals. In this livestream I will show that it is taught in the Word of God and also show that it has been received and embraced by Christians down through the ages.
