[3] Prayer | Our Heavenly Father, Jesus said that ‘The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy, your whole body will be full of light. But if your eyes are unhealthy, your whole body will be full of darkness.’ This week our eyes have been confronted by loads of unhealthy darkness: either by our own choices or through our circumstances. So we need to pray now and ask that you would fill our gaze with Jesus, and that in seeing him you would bring healing and light into our lives. We ask that in the pages of your Word, and through the power of your Spirit, we may look to him and live. In Jesus’ name we pray, amen.
