We thank God and glorify Him only for, He is leading such a lowly and humble congregation with all His grace, perfect protection, Spirit filled last days sermons.

we are The Temple of The Living God and does truly His glory dwells in us?
The meditation is from Book of 1 Corinthians 3:16,17
Do you not know that you are God's temple and that God's Spirit dwells in you?
If anyone destroys God's temple, God will destroy him.

God loves to dwell among us from the beginning and loves to dwell with us today and
He still loves to dwell with us in the future as well, from Genesis till revelation God expresses His strong desire that is "To dwell among His people"
Hence initially God came up with Tabernacle - Exo 25:8 since the Tabernacle set by Moses was the replica of what God showed Him on the mount
and later the Original that which was not worked by human hands came in our midst to dwell among us JESUS
the word became flesh and with full of glory and grace dwelt among us John 1:14, Later Jesus transformed all of us into the living tabernacle According to 1 Corinthians 3:16,17
and we who are called the Temple of living God we could choose either to be glorious or glory-less, each individual or born again believer has free will to choose to have their tabernacle as
glorious or glory-less,any glory-less temple would soon be destroyed.

There are many possibilities that the church could be under the banner of God but without God's glory
Below are few examples:
1. 1 Samuel 1:3; In this verses we see Elkahana and his family was visiting temple every year to worship and offer sacrifices, there was temple, there were priests, there was worship, there was sacrifices but according to 1 Samuel 3:1 "the word of the LORD was rare in those days; there was no open vision", everything was common and normal but the presence of God was absent
1 Samuel 4:21 "She named the boy Ichabod. Saying, "The Glory has departed from Israel."
2. 1 King 8:10,11 when the priests came out of the Holy Place, the cloud filled the house of the LORD
So that the priests could not stand there to minister because of the cloud; for the glory of the LORD filled the house of the LORD.
such a glorious temple lost its glory and God describes all its hidden reasons behind for loosing its glory in the book of Ezekiel

There was big time idolatry in temple that defiled its holiness and provoked God and Hence the glory left temple
Ezekiel 10:18; Glory of God departing Temple
Ezekiel 11:22,23; Glory of God departing the City of Jerusalem
It was the glory that was departed but the temple structure was still very much present, the worship was happening, the sacrifices were being burnt, the gatherings were also happening but most of them did not realize the glory was missing in the temple, later God allowed the glory-less temple
to be destroyed 2 Kings 25:9-17

In Today's spiritual life what are the Idolatry that we bring it in that provokes God?
"An Idol could be anything that you seek to give you what only God can give"
To be more precise, Bible shows us more idols that provokes God other than literal idols
1. Greed, Self-centered and glutton, there stomach is their God Philp 3:19
2. Money becomes god for some Matthew 6:24;
3. for some work become worship Habakkuk 1:16
4. for some covetousness becomes their idol- Colo 3:5
5. For some others become idols, that they trust people more than God

Today's learning is that we are called to be the temple of living God, and does His glory truly abide in you?
if Yes, the glorious temple would be more glorious at the Lord's glorious return
If No, the glory-less temple would soon be judged by the Lord.

I Encourage every one who watch this video to hang on the glory that the Lord gave and never lose it or exchange it for any amount of gift, Romans 1:23 "They exchanged the Glory of the immortal God for images made to look like a mortal human being and birds and animals and reptiles.
