Scriptures used in this teaching:
Hebrews 13:1-6
1. Let brotherly love continue.
2. Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.
3. Remember those who are in prison, as though in prison with them, and those who are mistreated, since you also are in the body.
4. Let marriage be held in honour among all, and let the marriage bed be undefiled, for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterous.
5. Keep your life free from love of money, and be content with what you have, for he has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.”
6. So we can confidently say, “The Lord is my helper; I will not fear; what can man do to me?”

Hebrews 12:28-29
28 Therefore let us be grateful for receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, and thus let us offer to God acceptable worship, with reverence and awe, 29 for our God is a consuming fire.

John 17:14-18
14. I have given them your word, and the world has hated them because they are not of the world, just as I am not of the world.
15. I do not ask that you take them out of the world, but that you keep them from the evil one.
16. They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world.
17. Sanctify them in the truth; your word is truth.
18. As you sent me into the world, so I have sent them into the world.

Luke 12: 32-34
32 .“Fear not, little flock, for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom.
33. Sell your possessions, and give to the needy.
Provide yourselves with money bags that do not grow old, with a treasure in the heavens that does not fail, where no thief approaches and no moth destroys.
34. For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.

Hebrews 11:24-26
24. By faith Moses, when he was grown up, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh's daughter,
25. choosing rather to be mistreated with the people of God than to enjoy the fleeting pleasures of sin.
26. He considered the reproach of Christ greater wealth than the treasures of Egypt, for he was looking to the reward.
