Moses has been telling Israel that they were to follow God's law and teach their children to follow God's law. They weren't to worship idols, even idols created to worship the true God of Heaven. However, God told Moses that he knew that one day Israel would turn to idols. How did he know this, if man has freewill? In Lesson 16 of our study of Deuteronomy we learn the answer to this question.
