In order to progress spiritually we must practice obedience and learn why it's important for God's chosen people to become seperated from the world. The Israelites could not eat or touch certain animals mainly because these animals were used for worship as idol gods. God is a Holy (clean) God and he wants us to be holy (clean) as well! Amen
