The Lakeland Church, of which I am the pastor, is an Independent Sovereign Grace Baptist Church of the Primitive Faith and Order. As such, we believe that eternal salvation (salvation from the guilt and penalty of one's sins) is totally the work of the Godhead and is by the grace of God and faith of Jesus Christ.  Further, we believe that by "our" faith we can enter into fellowship with God (temporal salvation) by being baptized and obeying the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. 

As Pastor of The Lakeland Church, it is my responsibility to care for the flock over the which the Holy Ghost hath made me overseer! Therefore, while everyone is welcome to watch and learn from the lessons posted here, this channel is primarily for The Lakeland Church members, both resident and non-resident,  and the sermons are directed at them and not the world at large. Further, I do not discuss doctrine in comments or by e-mail as that form of communication requires the most time and bears the least fruit
