Who are you appointing to positions of authority? We may take it lightly who we promote to a 'lead' position or supervisor, manager, director. However, we need to be mindful, as if we promote those who do not apply wisdom we are putting ourselves, our people and our organization in a precarious position. Take the time and due the proper due diligence to appoint the wise in those positions and allow the fools to demonstrate wisdom before elevating them from lowly positions.
