What doctirine of salvation do you believe? Many people think good people go to heaven and bad people do not. The idea is that a person goes to heaven based on their good deeds or their personal moral righteousness. Jesus, however, refutes that idea and reminds us that salvation is not earned. Furthermore, it cannot ever be earned. Rather, salvation is a gift of grace, and only those who repent of their sin and believe on Jesus alone are saved.
