In order for us to go to heaven Christ had to die for us. How does dying give life to people like us? The word tells us that if we confess with our mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord and we believe in our hearts that God had raised Him from the dead we would be saved. That salvation that we receive comes with the promise of eternal life in Christ Jesus.
