Jesus denied himself and his will to do only the Father`s will. The Father and the Son only did ONE will. Jesus explained HOW he and the Father are one but nobody seems to hear him. Simply regard the context in which Jesus said this: "My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me and I give eternal life to them, and they will never perish and no one will snatch them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father’s hand. I and the Father are one.”

Same idea here: "There is one body and one Spirit, just as also you were called in one hope of your calling; 5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism, 6 one God and Father of all who is over all and through all and in all." Ephesians 4:4-6

Jesus only did what the Father told him to do (5:18ff; 12:49-50).
He always did the Father's will, the Father's works by the Spirit of his God abiding in him. The Father gave the sheep to Jesus and no one can snatch out of Jesus' hand because no one can snatch out of the hand of the Father whose will Jesus always does. In this way, they are one, one in purpose and will, in unity of the Spirit.
