A Prayer of the Day. (Seeds of Shalom) https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLNbIaZn3SVrZUgsNBm6wCiBv-r0C6n7XJ "But at last my people will confess their sins and the sins of their ancestors for betraying me and being hostile toward me." (Leviticus 26:40, NLT)

Lord, we confess our sins and ask your forgiveness. Lord, we are sorry that we seek material blessings more than you. We are sorry that we want to have more and more though we have more than enough for our living. We are sorry that we focus on our comfortable life while others are struggling to meet their basic needs for life. We are sorry that we ignore people's dignity and use them for our benefit. We are sorry that we upset when people do not meet our expectations while we do not care about their needs. Thank you Jesus for your cross. You bore all our sins and received the anger of God. You became a curse in our place and rescued us from the curse. You prayed "Father forgive them" and you are interceding for us at Father's right side. Thank you Holy Spirit, you pray for us when we do not know what to pray for. Lord, you paid all the cost to reconcile us with you and entrust us the ministry of reconciliation. Oh Lord, help us to live as a light of the world. We need you Lord. In Jesus name, amen.
