Today’s Verse: 1 Thessalonians 5:9 (NKJV)
“For God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ.”

God wants you to be absolutely clear about this: in Christ, you are not appointed to His wrath. The judgment and indignation of God that will one day be poured out on this world are not for His children. Yes, we face troubles, trials, opposition, even the anger of people and the hatred of a darkening world, but none of that is the wrath of God. Your hardships are not proof that God is punishing you. In His hands, even your struggles are tools He uses to strengthen, purify, and prepare you for what is next.

So today, shift your focus from what is wrong in your world to what is unshakably true in His Word. Refuse to let fear, condemnation, or the opinions of others define your day. Instead, flood your heart and mind with verses of joy, peace, comfort, and deliverance.
