May 30, 2021(Spring Quarter): Sunday School Lesson 13 - "Ministry to Unbelievers" (
Romans 15:15-27). In this lesson we explore the spread of the Apostle Paul's ministry to the Gentiles. We have a Christian duty to fulfill the Great Commission. Internal work and external work is necessary regarding the church. The ministry we engage in is by the power and grace of God. The gospel is to be spread abroad. "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." (
Ephesians 2:8-9 KJV). This topic is addressed by Paul in his letter to the believers of Rome. We examine a passage within the book of Romans chapter fifteen and discuss following the direction of the Holy Spirit and spreading the gospel where directed. We all need grace and Christ's redeeming love. Christ is our Lord, but also a comforter and a friend. It is our endeavor that the study of these lessons this spring quarter help to nurture our minds and spirits and mature us to experience healthier living. In these lessons we discuss proclaiming the good news of salvation. Come journey with us as we delve into the Word together.
