In the aftermath of Isaac trying to wrongly give Esau a blessing, Rebekah scheming to make sure this doesn’t happen, Jacob deceiving his blind father, and Esau’s ineffectual tears, we learn about the serious consequences of trying to mess with God’s will. We also learn about the incredible grace of God in the midst of a massive mess.
