In the book of Proverbs there a spiritual health exam given. The Bible mentions that you are to be wise with your ears, eyes, heart, mouth, and feet. Out of those the heart is the most important because it directs the rest of the body. You are to watch over and guard your heart with diligence so that you can glorify God. In this message the eyes, mouth, and feet will be examined.
