Maria Chung Willoughby is a South Floridian transplant that flew in from Atlanta with the 2005 barrage of hurricanes. Maria is of South Korean and Southern African American descent. She was raised in a military family in Hampton, VA, spending her first six years in Seoul, South Korea. Her influences are truth, wisdom, analytical thinking, and exploring alternate perceptions of daily occurrences. She perennially asks and addresses the questions "Why?" and "What if?". She is a hybrid of many things . . . a woman, a child; an African American, an Asian; Bourgeousie yet delightfully ghetto, confident yet amazingly humble. Enjoy.
