Pastor Cirilo "Loi" Gatchalian is the senior pastor of PCF Manila, our sister church which began on the 2nd floor of a dental clinic in the Tondo region of Metro Manila in the Philippines back in 2001. Today Pastor Loi preaches to a weekly attendance of some 1,500 congregants and provides shepherding to the larger network of PCF churches throughout the Philippines.
