Judah= Praise or “This time I will praise”

Scepter (authority) will not leave you until Shiloh (Messiah) comes.
Your hand will be on the neck of your enemies.
Judah shall go first (Psalm 70:18)
Praise is authority and power (Psalm 108:8)
In Judah God is known (Psalm 76:1)
Judah is a dwelling place (Psalm76:2)
