Open Door Ministry's Mission Statement:  To show mercy and build a relationship with one another as we learn
more about the Lord and make disciples of ourselves and others.

Rev. Daniel Crawford has has a long history in music ministry, with his gospel quartet the Soldiers of Vision spanning several decades. He believed the Lord was leading him to continue his ministry through the preached word, and after expressing the desire with his wife and other supporters, Open Door Ministry was born.

​In March 2016, the first service of Open Door Ministry was held at 1444 N. Washington Street in Highland Springs, VA at 11:00 a.m.  Many worshippers attended and when the invitation was given, its first member was his sister, Lisa Crawford, followed by Deacons James and Kristy Beulah.
