Psalm 86:9 All nations whom thou hast made shall come and worship before thee, O Lord; and shall glorify thy name.

Here again scripture was pointing forward to the Messiah. Through his blood, people of all nations are able to worship God.

Before his (Christ) manifestation, only the Jews could come (gentiles couldn't even enter the "church") and Jerusalem was the place to lift up worship. Now, Jesus says this:

John 4:21,23 ESV Jesus said to her, "Woman, believe me, the hour is coming when neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem will you worship the Father. [23] But *the hour is coming, and is now here, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth*, for the Father is seeking such people to worship him.

What: Worship and glory to God
When: anytime, all the time
Who: anyone in Christ
