I. The State of humankind
1. We are dead in our trespasses and sin (2:1)
2. We follow the course of the world (2:2)
3. We follow the prince of the power of the air (2:2)

II. God’s work in our lives
1. God’s great love leads to His rich mercy (2:4)
2. We were raised up and made alive with Jesus and in Jesus (2:5-6)
3. We now exist in and have access to heavenly places (2:6)
4. He wants to show off His goodness in the age to come (2:7)

Remember that you also were once dead.
Remember that you are now alive!
