Romans 3:10 "As it is written" is in the perfect tense whoch means that what is written still stands and is on our permanent record. God's word cannot be changed Ps. 119:89. It can only be fulfilled. Only Jesus could take away the permanent record (Col. 2:14; Eph. 2:15). That is the law of commandments that stands against us.
