Take care of yourself - we often say this to others but rarely ever do we actually put this into practice in our own lives. The thing is, before we as disciples of Jesus Christ can take care of others and their needs, we first must learn to take care of our own souls. Self care (or Soul Care) is not selfishness. It's being able to be in a place where God can work through you because He has done a deeper work within you.
