Secrets. Everybody's got some and everybody wants to be in on one. Judges 14 is filled with secrets. Sampson is a secret-keeper, and most of his secrets are in direct violation of his Nazarite vow. What are we to do with Samson? How can a man like this ever deliver God's people? Here is the biggest secret: God can and will sovereignly accomplish all of His good purposes for His people despite, and even though, their weaknesses and sins. And the great secret we'll see in this passage is that God can bring good even out of Samson.
