Text: Hebrews 1:13-14

The main point of Hebrews 1:13 is to distinguish that Jesus is not an angel but is actually God himself, why do you think this is significant?

Angels are ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation and help guide us.

An example of this is Jesus is in the wilderness, is there any instance in your life where you felt as if the Lord was guiding you?

All angels have a role in serving the Lord. What do you think your role is to serve the Lord?

Scripture as a whole does not mention angels often despite being a huge part of the kingdom, do you think this is to highlight Jesus as the main holy deity?

Why or why not?

What does serving mean to you?

In what way might your definition of serving differ from your neighbor?

The holy spirit spends a great amount of time emphasizing that Jesus is the center of everything, what have you been putting at the center of your life?
