In addition to teaching a non-biblical metaphysic about “God,” whom Trinitarians define as “Three Persons” who share the same essence, following the order of a pagan Roman Emperor, Constantine, namely, to insert the word “homoousios" into the Nicene Creed, they also refuse to accept the resurrected Jesus as “a life-giving spirit” (1 Corinthians 15:45). Instead, Trinitarians wrongly teach Jesus was a God-man on earth and is today a God-man in heaven, with his physical body of flesh.

Not only does the Bible refute the metaphysic of the Nicene Creed in texts like Hebrews 1:3, but it also refutes the belief Jesus’ days of having a body of flesh continue. The Bible teaches by means of a well-known expression in Hebrews 5:7, in addition to the explicit non-fleshly descriptions in Revelation 1:10-16, that the days of Jesus’ flesh are over. He is now, as he has been since his resurrection except for several appearance on earth, a “life-giving spirit” like we read in 1 Corinthians 15:45, a “spirit,” as Jesus taught, which “does not have flesh and bone.”—Luke 24:39.
