These words from Habakkuk chapter 2 remind the oppressed and the oppressor that the enemies of God will not have the last say. Someday the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord. (Hab. 2:14) Jesus is Lord and his kingdom will endure forever. (Luke 1:33).
Don’t put your hope in anyone or anything other than Jesus!
