Here is an example of Bible Storytelling using the Christmas Story in Luke's gospel. LUKE 2:1-20 Jesus was the master storyteller and it's no wonder that storytelling resonates with children and adults alike. After years of being a professional teacher and children's ministry volunteer, I attended a Wycliffe Bible Storytelling seminar and learned how to use the Biblical text and craft a story that is Simple, Accurate and Memorable (S.A.M.). It has been a wonderful tool to use when teaching children as well as in sharing stories with people around me in everyday life.
