The Church’s Seniors
Psalm 71:1-24

In our sermon series on The Christian in Every Stage of Life, we have come today to The Church’s Seniors.
- But I want you to know that this is not the final stage. We will be looking at death and the resurrection as well.

As I was working on this, it dawned on me that according to the scriptures, I am probably in this category myself.
- It is not retirement, but more the time when you become a member of the oldest generation—and are past the age to have children.

Today with regard to seniors, we want to look at:
- the beauty of those in the church who are in this stage of life,
- the sins that hinder that beauty,
- and then at how we ought to treat those who are in this stage.
