WHY DO WE NEED TO RECEIVE THE HOLY SPIRIT?

WE NEED THE HOLY SPIRIT- WE CANNOT KNOW JESUS AND GOD THE FATHER OR GO TO HEAVEN APART FROM HIS HOLY SPIRIT WHOM GOD HAS GIVEN TO ALL WHO OBEYS HIM-

Hebrews 5:8-9 Although He was a Son, He learned obedience from what He suffered, 9and having been made perfect, He became the source of eternal salvation to all who obey Him.

ACTS 5:32- The Apostles Before the Council
…31God exalted Him to His right hand as Prince and Savior, in order to grant repentance and forgiveness of sins to Israel. 32We are witnesses of these things, and so is the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those who obey Him.” 33When Council members heard this, they were enraged and wanted to put the apostles to death.…


Romans 8:16
The Spirit Himself testifies with our spirit that we are God's children.
And WITHOUT the SPIRIT OF GOD INDWELLING in our hearts, the temple of the LIVING GOD, we do not belong to Christ!

Romans 8:9
However, you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you But if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Him.

Revelation 21:7-8-A New Heaven and a New Earth
