Dr. Jordan Rogers continues preaching on prayer in this sermon from Luke 18:1-8 entitled, "The Persistence of Prayer."

Persistent prayer demonstrates the faith God is looking for.

In Luke 18:1-8, Jesus told a parable about a widow who persistently demanded justice from an unrighteous judge. Though the unrighteous judge feared neither God nor man, he gave the widow justice because she was persistent. But God in His perfect righteousness will certainly give justice to His children, and do so speedily!

When we are persistent in prayer to God, our faith is proven in a number of ways. Persistent prayer demonstrates our faith in the love of God, the righteousness of God, and the Word of God. This is the kind of faith God is looking for!
