Paul and Silas were in prison when there was a tremendous earthquake. The chains fell off and the doors were open. The jailer, fearing the prisoners had all escaped, was going to fall on his sword, but Paul stopped him. He came to Paul and said, “What must I do to be saved!” He and those of his household believed and were baptized.
