Sermon Series: Come and See
Jesus didn’t come as simply a wise man, but as both fully God and fully man. How we react to this truth will affect how serious we take our Christian faith. To accept Christ is to go all in, offering Him our entire lives. The Gospel of John bids us to "come and see" the person of Jesus, detailing his divinity through both His ability to save us and through His victory over sin and death.

The Scarlet Purple Robe
Key Passage: John 19:1-3

It was a robe that was used to humiliate Jesus – a purple robe to signify royalty and yet was used to make fun of Jesus being the King of the Jews. In reality Jesus is the King of kings and the Lord of lord and someday every knee will bow and every tongue will confess this. Until then we are left with the remembrance of the scarlet stained purple robe.
