John 11:35, reads "Jesus wept".
Luke 19:11, reads: "He beheld the city, and wept over it"
There are but two occasions in the Gospels on which we light upon our Savior weeping; only two instances in which we see His tears. It is true that in the Epistle to the Hebrews we have a glimpse into the inner life of Christ, and there we read that He made supplication with tears and strong crying unto God.
