"Teacher, what good thing shall I do that I may obtain eternal life?" This was the query posed by the rich young ruler to Jesus, and there is no more important question that could be asked. However, when one asks the Lord what more he or she can give to serve Him faithfully, be careful! He may just provide an answer, and that answer may just require more than the person is willing to give. A person may look good on the outside, but God looks to the heart of man, and He requires all of it if one truly desires everlasting salvation.
