Zechariah 7:4-7...
“Then word of YHWH of hosts he came to me saying, ‘Say you to all of people of the land, and to the priests saying, ‘When you fasted and wailed in the fifth and seventh(months), and the fast in those seventy year(s), did you fast to me? And when you are eating and when you are drinking, *you not the ones eating and *you the ones drinking? Are not *the words which YHWH he called in hand of the former prophets, when Jerusalem was inhabited and in ease, and her cities round about her, when the Negev and the plain were inhabited?’”
