Our spirit has desires and the flesh has desires. We feel great when we feel fulfilled. But are we gratifying the desires of the flesh or the spirit? The body wants things it is not supposed to have. God has a plan for us that is full of fulfillment but it will happen when we follow the desires of the spirit!
